Not very good, no record of us going to their surgery with my dogs or my birds.
Website response: I have looked into this matter today and cannot find a record in your name either. Make sure you did not register under a different name and if was this surgery “Daisy Street Vets” that you rang.
We did have a power cut 2 days ago which may have upset the database. I will mention this matter to the staff and see if we have other clients whose records cannot be found. Thanks. John Davies. Veterinary Surgeon.
