Website response: We have tried to match these details with clients we have seen in the last month. Please contact the surgery and ask for John if you feel you have been overcharged. The following may be the wrong client as we are not sure who you are.
On the website it does say that the food starterpacks are subject to availability and are not available at the moment due to coronavirus. The advice packs are for the owner and not for each kitten. You did receive separate health/vaccination cards for each kitten. You had free flea and worm treatment but for you took extra worming treatment that you had to pay for, which cost £5.00 in total. If that was a mistake please let us know. Thanks. John.
