We have been with Daisy Street for 14 years with our dog coco and also our younger dog Bear and always received the best treatment and can’t thank Sam & John enough. Sadly a couple of weeks ago we had to have coco put to sleep after a very short illness. Although her treatment was the best as always one of the secretary’s made an already traumatic experience much more stressful as she was very un empathetic and robotic and not very helpful at all. So much so that after 14 years it is really making me rethink using the practice which is really sad. One of the secretary’s that we dealt with last week was so helpful and couldn’t do enough yet the other was the complete opposite and almost obstructive. This really needs to be dealt with and maybe more training is required, especially as this person is the front line of the practice. It is not good customer service at all.
