40 minute wait,no sign of a vet,no explanation of why we were waiting so long ,so got up and left without my dog getting seen,as we left receptionist then told us only one vet on duty like that was some kind of justification. Poor would never go back

On behalf of all the staff here at Daisy Street Vets, we wanted to apologise for your half hour wait on Friday. As you will understand, veterinary medicine, as well as providing preventative care, also has to manage emergency situations. Just prior to your arrival, we had had an unexpected emergency brought into the practice, which we were having to anaesthetise and do multiple x-rays on as this dog was screaming in pain. We also had an owner just arrive to see her cat who had just had invasive, life threatening bowel surgery. I believe it was explained to you that the vet had to prioritise and was dealing with these emergencies rather than consultations and that you would be the next person to be seen. I am sure you would agree that if it was your dog in this situation, you would want it to receive this emergency care as soon as possible and to take priority above less severe, non life threatening conditions. However, we do understand your frustration at having to wait, and once again apologise for not meeting your expectations. We wish you all the best in the future for you and Izzy.

I had a great time working at Daisy Street Vets. All the animals are treated with great care, are well looked after and provided for. The staff are very friendly and helpful (and really work hard!).

I went to daisy street after searching for a vets that would work with and on rats. Luckily I found this one and I'm so happy I stuck with it. The procedure was fantastic. All the staff I had the luck of encountering were wonderful. They all loved my little Reggie and were so good with keeping me calm. I won't be going to any other vets. Fantastic. 5* service! Thank you again daisy street!!!!!

I would like to post a huge Thank you to all the staff at Daisy street vets. They cared for me and my Oscar so professionally and sympathetically until his very last days. I would not go anywhere else, they really do go above and beyond the call of duty. Many thanks again.

Very helpful and caring staff at Daisy Street they looked after our Fliss as well if not better than anyone could through two operations on both back legs she could not walk before the opp after she was able to run up the stairs and at the end Fliss had kidney failure think she had been through enough now she is at rest Thank you all at Daisy Street especially you Sam
