Hello , I just wanted to say thankyou so much for removing the horrible leg band off our Rose breasted cokatoo ( Sasha) today . Other vets had said they wouldn't do it earlier this year & the situation had calmed down ,but recently her foot had become swollen & it was all very depressing as not many vets deal with avian much in our area . Anyway I won't join Facebook sorry so can't leave you feedback on there , but I wanted to tell you how grateful we are & how well you've done for us . Amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Daisy Street Vets is owned and run by two local vets who have many years of experience. I have confidence in their advice regarding my pet dog & cat. The best interest of the animal is their priority. Quality of life is my aim for my pets. The staff are excellent too. I consider that we are fortunate to have Daisy Street Vets locally. It is rare to find a veterinary practice which has not been bought by businessmen.

Hi they are great i have been using the vets for over 20 years the only thing is because of covid they are still not allowing us to go in with our pets, sam is really good cant remember the other chaps name he is good too..

Appalling service received on saturday 11th october when I came to the practice with my dog. Was told to bring in a stool sample which I did only to be told by the vet ‘thats no good we need 3’ If I had been told that I would have brought it in. Gave my dog steroid injections without asking me first. I believe it was the vets last day with the practice but that isn’t mine or my dog’s problem and should not be an excuse for the poor treatment and the fact I have had to pay £101 for it and my dog is still having the same problem and i’m having to take him to another vet! Disgusting.. avoid



Website response: Sorry about how you felt during your visit. Sorry about the delay in replying, for some reason google would not let me reply. Unfortunately there is not a lot I can do about this now.
Sam and I are the partners here. If anyone ever experiences any problems at all, with our service do not hesitate to telephone us. We want to know. We will then do our best to make amends. Khurram did look at the stool samples you brought. He has left now to become a partner in a vets in Birmingham so I cannot ask him what happened. Sorry again. John.

The Fibro Warrior
I can't thank the staff here enough. For their comfort they provided to our family today. We had to have a very lovely, sweet, kind and also furry family member put to sleep. They explained things with us. Let us be there and spend the final moments with our dear friend. The two ladies really helped me understand what was going to happen and how. I have issues where I can't always understand things with my fibromyalgia, mental health and just I don't deal well with these things. But without their care and support in those final moments I would have understood it all. Thank you.
