Today after one year: I want to re-evaluate this place after a year, and I have to thank the willingness to listen to me and understand what was my main problem, I was offered a great service after that episode, I would like to change my previous review but I can not , I do not know why. thanks again for your help with my dog.

this one year a go:
Two days ago I had an awful experience at the clinic. I had brought my dog for a checkup, and my dog is lively or rather like getting pampered, which is why she jumps, but she is not aggressive. I had brought with me only the bib, because I know the risks of taking the dog with a collar, in addition to choke. But the vet, because my dog jumped, he put him in the collar choke carrying it around, and slammed to the ground "feet to make it clear who's boss" and shaking his nose for the same reason. I was speechless at that moment I did not know whether to take my dog, who still needed a consult, or cry because I felt guilty. In addition to control the body he held his hand on the head crushed on the floor and one knee on the body. I say, but you kidding? a vet should love animals, and be happy that a dog is happy and who is not afraid, on this occasion I saw my dog terrified of everything. a vet should love a dog, do not treat it that way. and if you are tired of your work maybe stop doing that instead of submitting a dog that way. I came home with tears in their eyes with my dog now just sees the collar or harness, she runs away putting under the table, if this is normal?
There's only one vet in the clinic that really deserves appreciation and of which I was really impressed and Sam to which I say thank you.
however, the same goes for the nurses if you do not like that a dog will jump on you change job. because if I were a vet or a nurse to each dog to put him at ease would let me jump and lick to help him feel comfortable. And I am also a nurse but working with people who are sometimes aggressive verbally and physically, but I do not subdue.
I will change definitely vet because to blame for all this now I will have to make a long rehabilitation to the collar, to keep the dog quiet.
Website response: Thank you Viviana for believing in us, following your previous experience, and for trusting us to care for your lovely dog. She is such a happy dog and I hope she is continuing to do well. Thank you again. Sam.

Fantastic vets made you feel welcome and they look after your pet 1000% even better than the NHS, if you could I would go to daisy street if I had any problems.

Been coming here for a few years with Minnie and they have been really helpful and friendly. Always nice to see the vets as they throughly check everything which makes the price very fair.

Far and away the best vets in town. Used several over the years and they've all let me down in one way or another but Daisy street is always helpful, fairly priced and the vets have an extensive knowledge of animals.

Excellent, experienced, skilled, caring vets. Daisy Street vets put the best interests of the pet first. They explain & discuss treatment plans. My timid rescue dog benefits from seeing the same vet each time. I am very grateful for the gentle, compassionate care my two geriatric cats received to the end of their lives. Our new rescue cat will be registered shortly. I have every confidence in the integrity of Daisy Street Vets.
