Hi I am fudge iam 7 years old .last year I had a poorly knee Dave had a look at me n told my mum my knee ligament was broken Dave fixed my knee by a op and my diet
Taken along time to get back to walks but with help from dave n john iam now back to my walks
A big thankyou to you all for looking after me

I was not impressed at all , after a number of visits, pet died , after I was told pet was getting better and much improved .

We always want to treat our clients and their pets as well as we possibly can. If it was our practice you visited and feel dissatisfied with the service, please do phone us and ask to speak to either John Davies or Samantha Hird, the vet owners of Daisy Street Vets.

I would never go here again, the reception person (older women dark hair) was loud rude, and most unprofessional, talks to you like dirt ,Asked to talk to vet was told may or may not be a charge, and was then hit with £40 odd quid charge for a 13 minate call, over £3 a minute, for info amongst other things on the medicine details they should have printed on dispensed drugs! . they said may or may not be a charge, was not notified what charge to expect, and they , phoned me tried to say I was trying to avoid pay for there phone scam !!!!! so unprofessional a real phone scam, I have feeling from way we were treated that the animals are an inconvenience to them getting cash from you, the info I got could have been obtained free and in more detail from internet, or say Animal Trust Not for Profit Vets, (theres one at manxman rd) as there phone call in , for questions is free, and as they point out by time you been scammed by talk on phone you dont have enough money left to pay for treatment, feel totally scammed by these scammers, and was insulted and talked to like dirt to boot, i would advise any one avoid avoid avoid. Seems i have to add a star to get it posted, but would prefer to put a minus 5 star .

It is our utmost priority to treat our clients and their pets as well as we possibly can, especially during these difficult times with ever changing rules and regulations. If it was our practice you visited/phoned and feel dissatisfied with the service, please do phone us and ask to speak to either John Davies or Samantha Hird, the vet owners, and we will listen and then we can help you and prevent any future similar issues.
