Anna started working here at Daisy Street in January 2015, she has previously worked in two Veterinary practices in the Preston area but has wanted to move back closer to home.
She has blossomed here at Daisy Street, but due to health problems has recently struggled with the physical aspects of a nurse assistant role and has decided to move to a career which will allow her to fully recover from her back issues. We wish her well learning new skills and still being able to offer her happy demeanour to all the customers at Foxfields Hotel, where she will be working as a receptionist.
Anna started her veterinary career at Myerscough college where she worked at a small animal vets in Leyland. She then moved to a bigger practice where she worked both in the small animal area and outside on the farms alongside the vets helping them with TB testing, lambing and caesareans.
Anna has 2 dogs, a laid back Labrador called Rosie and a speedy springer called Daisy who broke her leg at 16 weeks old and was still bouncing around on it! She also has her own sheep called Spot which she has bred from.
Anna has a keen interest for the outdoors and loves helping out on her family’s farm during lambing time and feeding the baby lambs!!
