4. We are a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Approved Training Practice. Daisy Street Vets meet the high requirements to be a nurse training centre. All the staff have to be up to date with current practices and the facilities have to be safe, reliable and modern. We are inspected regularly to ensure we comply with the high requirements to be a training practice. All trainee nurses are supervised by fully qualified nurses and vets.
5. Fully qualified veterinary nurses to help with the health of your pet.
6. Easy convenient free parking in a large car park. Easy level access to the building.
7. You can ring to speak to one of our vets, in advance if you wish, to discus your requirements for your pet. If the vets are busy they will ring you back when they are free.

We are a single site traditional private veterinary practice. (Click here for a 3D tour of Daisy Street Vets) We are not a chain or branch practice, unlike the most other vets in the area. This means you have consistency every time you visit us, you will quickly get to know us and our team will quickly get to know you and your pet. You can ask to see a specific vet or nurse each time you come if you wish, giving better continuity of care.

Our vets are very experienced. They are not "new graduates". Our vets have a wealth of experience of over 65 years between them and have been working in veterinary practices within Blackburn for at least 15 years. They are familiar with the area and the people who live here.

Our nurses and reception team have been working with us at Daisy Street Vets for many years and a low staff turnover means you and your pet are able to build up a strong relationship with them.

We have very good parking in our huge car park. There will always be a space for you. Parking is free and safe. Access to the building is easy.

We provide the best veterinary care, and give the best possible advice for you and your pet. We do this by giving more time to our clients and their pets, allowing us more time to carry out a thorough examination, more time for you to discuss things with our vets and more time for our vets and staff to give you detailed explanations. All our staff have their own pets, so we understand what it means to be a pet owner.
